Drayton Valley Trail System
Connecting all of the Town of Drayton Valley, its more than 14.4 kilometers of walkways winds through neighbourhoods, parks, gardens and activity areas. Special features include mini soccer pitches, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. Benches along the way allow for a rest, and the paths are lighted for ease and safety in the evening.

Drayton Valley Omniplex
The Omniplex is a fixture in the life of Drayton Valley. It is a high-tech, full-service facility surrounded by six baseball diamonds, a soccer field, rodeo grounds and an RV Park. Inside are meeting rooms, a fitness centre, racquetball and squash courts and ice rinks. The complex is home to the town's beloved Drayton Valley Wildcats hockey team. The complex hosts trade shows, educational conferences, exhibitions, agricultural shows and more.

Drayton Valley Museum
Dedicated to preserving the past of Drayton Valley, the town's museum is packed with artifacts from the town and surrounding area. Photographs, tools and other instruments are displayed year-round.

Drayton Valley Annual Bench Show
Each summer, the Drayton Valley and District Agricultural Society put on their popular annual Bench Fair. The citizens of Drayton Valley enter in friendly competition in several categories, such as baking, gardening, livestock and art projects. Events take place at the town's busy Omniplex.

Thunder in the Valley Drag Race
This popular yearly event has been growing steadily since its inception in 2005. Events include funny car races, a Nostalgia Night, Monster Trucks, a Show and Shine, Jet Cars and, of course, drag races in many categories. New participants and spectators are encouraged and welcomed.

The Cardium Movie Theatre
Home of the best popcorn in town! It has a state-of-the-art sound system and Thunder Alley, a six-lane bowling alley. It is wheelchair accessible.
